For what purposes will we process your personal data?

BOA MÚSICA EUROPA S.L. (hereinafter, BOA MÚSICA) will process the User’s data automatically and/or manually for the following purposes:
– To manage registration requests received through the Website
– To analyse the User’s browsing activity in order to improve our services
– To participate in competitions with Sila Lua
– To receive information about Sila Lua news
– For marketing purposes
– To send newsletters
– To send advertising

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on obtaining your consent in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1. a of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, both for participating in competitions with Sila Lua, receiving information about Sila Lua news, marketing purposes, managing registration requests, and requesting information management, understanding your consent by clicking on the registration button, as well as for the purpose of browsing analysis, by accepting our Cookies Policy.

To whom will we disclose your data?

We will not share your personal information with anyone, except to comply with a legal obligation or if we have your express authorisation. We will also not use your personal data for any purpose other than that stated in this privacy policy and in the consent forms. Therefore, all data transfers will be carried out under the protection framework indicated by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, or provided that they are expressly consented to by the User and to countries whose security and confidentiality are guaranteed.

Will international data transfers be carried out?

BOA MÚSICA does not plan to carry out international data transfers. If necessary, transfers will only be made to entities authorised under the agreement, or to entities that have demonstrated that they comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements set out in current data protection regulations, such as the European Regulation, or when there is legal authorisation to carry out the international transfer.

How long will we store your data?

We will process your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, provided that you do not revoke your consent and for the period established by legal obligation.

Will you send me communications and commercial promotions?

The WEBSITE does not engage in SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorised by the User. Consequently, on each of the forms available on the WEBSITE, the User has the option of giving their express consent to receive such information, regardless of the commercial information specifically requested.

What rights can you exercise?

Once you, as a user of the website, have provided us with your personal data, current legislation allows you, as the data subject:

How can you exercise your rights?

We have forms available for you to exercise your rights, which you can request from us by email or post. If you prefer, you may use the forms prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent authority. These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document.
In the case of representation, a copy of the representative’s valid identity document must be attached to the request.
The forms can be submitted by post to the address indicated in this policy, or by email to legal@boamusica.com.

What if a minor accesses it?

In general, the WEBSITE will not process personal information, with reliable knowledge, of minors under fourteen (14) years of age. In the event that the WEBSITE, in carrying out any control activity, discovers the unintentional collection of information regarding minors under the age of 14, it will take all necessary measures that, as a service provider and data controller, it is obliged to undertake in order to delete such information as soon as possible, except in those cases where, due to applicable legislation, it is necessary to retain it.
In accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation, persons over the age of 14 are entitled to give their consent, except in cases where the law requires the assistance of parents or guardians.

What security measures will we implement?

The website guarantees an adequate level of protection, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure security and that are legally necessary in order to prevent the loss, deterioration, misplacement or access by unauthorised third parties to the personal data collected here, thus keeping your data confidential. To this end, we implement security measures designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems to detect potential vulnerabilities and attacks. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the information you send us if there is a breach in any of our physical, technical or management security measures.

Can changes be made to the privacy policy?

The WEB reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as to industry practices. In such cases, the Provider shall announce the changes on this page reasonably in advance of their implementation.
